Gypsy Caravan

My objective for the kitchen was to achieve a photo-realistic, warm Mediterranean ambiance.
I was able to establish an open-concept layout with panoramic views. This design was inspired by industry catalogs, which guided me towards creating a sleek, contemporary, and state-of-the-art kitchen. I have included one of my illustrations on the refrigerator, similar to an Easter egg. I placed sliced oranges around to enhance the visual impact and create a sense of depth. The oranges also contribute to the overall ambiance, making the space feel more inviting and lived-in.

As part of a large group, we were tasked with designing a home from a house plan blueprint.
Each member of the group was responsible for researching various interior design styles and
reaching a consensus on a cohesive aesthetic for the combined rooms. I was assigned the room “Den”, and I believed that a dark yet warm ambiance, with the sun rising through the curtain covered windows, would be the most suitable concept for my room.

Continuing the theme of my caravan, I have rendered a model of a fortuneteller, intentionally portraying her as enigmatic.

Rice Cooker Lamp

I used an IBL image for the final background. Took the final render into
Photoshop, adjusted the colors and created the illusion of dirty wheels and steps.
All of my peers at the time were modeling modern cars. I believed that to be too simple to showcase everything I have learned. I was inspired by a MAKE film festival clip, it was circus themed.
Software: Maya
Reconstructed a lamp from the real world as a 3D model. In this instance, the lamp was modeled after a rice cooker.
